The Successful Candidate
Will work with a Key Stage Two Class of 30 mixed-ability pupils, including children with SEND needs. They will have a desire to work collaboratively with an experienced team to enable all children to reach their potential. The successful candidate will be resilient, flexible and open to developing their own teaching practice and work as part of a team. They will be passionate about the needs of the wider child and be committed to school life outside of the classroom.
Within the application, the successful applicant will provide clear evidence of:
- Sustained progress of children’s attainment over time.
- Quality first teaching.
- Demonstrate understanding of assessment led teaching.
- A clear understanding of effective teaching pedagogy, influenced by educational research.
- Ambition to continuously improve outcomes for all children.
- Experience of supporting children with SEND needs and evidence of making reasonable adjustments within the classroom.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
